Aaron Simque’s experience in the housing and construction industry began at the ripe age of 14, when he went to work with his father, David Simque, a respected building contractor in Lake City. After 9 years of working hard and learning the business, Aaron stepped out on his own to establish Aaron Simque Homes.
“My motto, "Building with Integrity", means that I use the highest quality materials, maintain the highest possible standards and deal ethically with all customers and suppliers,” says Aaron.
“I have carried this philosophy into my real estate career, by treating each customer with the highest level of respect, always conducting fair and ethical transactions, and putting forth every effort to make sure each buyer’s and seller‘s transaction is as enjoyable as possible.”
While Aaron has joined the team at Westfield Realty Group as a licensed Realtor, he will continue to build new homes and run his successful building company. His construction experience allows Aaron to know what to look for when inspecting new and older homes.
